Signing in
Navigate to your credit union's workspace URL
Open your browser and go to the URL your administrator provided, for example
https://loan.compuzign.com/your-slug. Going to the root domain without a credit union slug takes you to the sign-in page.Enter your email address and password
Type the email address and password associated with your account. The password is case-sensitive.
Complete multi-factor authentication (if enabled)
If MFA is enabled on your account, you are prompted to enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app before being admitted to the workspace. See MFA for setup instructions.
When you sign in from a device or network that does not match any of your other active sessions, the platform sends a new-sign-in alert email to your address with the time, the IP address, and the device and browser used. Your very first sign-in does not trigger this alert, since there is no earlier session to compare it against. If a later sign-in was you, no action is needed. If it was not, change your password and review your security settings at
/profile/security.Email verification for new accounts
When your Administrator invites you, clicking the invitation link takes a brand-new user to sign-up to create their own account. If an account already exists for your email, the link takes you to sign-in instead, then straight into the workspace. After you create a new account, the platform emails a verification link to your address. You must verify your email before you can sign in for the first time. Check your inbox for the verification message and click the Verify email link. The link expires 24 hours after it is sent. Once verified, return to your credit union’s sign-in page and proceed normally. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If you try to sign in before verifying, the sign-in page shows “Please verify your email first.” with a Resend verification email link that opens the Check your email page. There the Resend verification email button enforces a 30-second cooldown, reading “Resend in Ns” until the timer clears.Joining by invitation does not skip verification. You still sign up and click the verification email before your first sign-in.
Forgot your password
If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it from the sign-in page.Click Forgot password
On the sign-in page, click the Forgot password? link below the password field.
Enter your email address
Type the email address associated with your account and click Send reset link.
Check your inbox
The platform sends a password-reset email if that address exists in the system. For security, the page shows the same confirmation message whether or not the email was found. This prevents third parties from guessing which addresses have accounts.
Click the reset link and choose a new password
Open the email, click Reset password, and enter a new password. The new password must be at least 12 characters and include a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number, and a symbol. A live strength meter checks each rule as you type. Reset links are valid for 1 hour. If yours has expired, repeat the process to request a new one.
Switching between credit unions
If you are a member of more than one credit union workspace, you can switch workspaces without signing out. You see this only when you hold an active membership in more than one credit union.Open the account menu
Click your avatar in the top-right corner. The Switch workspace item appears only when you belong to more than one active membership.
Pick a workspace
Select Switch workspace to open the workspace picker. Each workspace you belong to is a card showing the credit union’s name, your role there, and its slug. Click the card for the workspace you want.
The workspace picker lists only the workspaces where your membership is active. If a workspace you expect to see is missing, contact the Administrator for that credit union.
